I wonder if the valve on the FA20DIT would be any better.

Upon your recommendation I picked up the idler pulley NuLine EP075. I could only find it in Australia unfortunately as O'Reiley doesn't carry it anymore. Shipping was more than the part. At least it was still only $33. Hopefully this fixes the squeak that started a couple months ago as it's starting to get annoying. Hopefully this is the part that's making the noise.

Let us know how it went, whether it cured the squeak. In fact I think I might just replace it at the same time when swapping to the 72.5mm pulley.

I was unable to find as well. We replaced with a new OEM pulley for now but had to change the belt as well. If you still get a chirp try replacing the belt. I had about 15000 miles since the kit was installed. Everything is good now. Also check to see if you intercooler fluid is still circulating. Noticed it stopped recently - the fuse popped.

I've tried searching but couldnt find anything.. what's the highest revlimiter you guys run? I'm going up 1mm on the valves with stiffer springs etc.. and getting some headwork done.. Planning on maybe raising the revlimiter to 8500-8650 or maybe even higher.. IF it shows any gain

I am looking for high tensile bolts for the SC but couldnt find it online. I will be installing the intercooler soon and thought it will better to have them changed at the same time.

If any one can guide me where to get these M6 20 mm

I found high grade bolts at my local hardware store. They shouldn't be hard to find.

Random question. Which direction does the coolant flow through the blower? Front to back or other way round?
