Have you checked your vacuum lines under the manifold?

Yep...those lines are moved because of the SC and they are all clamped. The only one I don't have clamped is the EVAP by the injectors...can't remember if i put a zip tie on it or not though, I will have to check. Thanks for the reminder.

The grey 90degree fitting on the back of the unit sometimes leaks. They don't seem to use sealant on threads and if it rotates it can loosen and leak. I had to use liquid thread sealer and work it in by rotating the fitting back and forth then sealed it with RTV to be sure. That killed the leak I was having.

I actually replaced all three with brass fittings with teflon.

I think my issue may be the brass fitting i used for the evap solenoid. Its slightly smaller than the previous line and I think i'm getting a sealing issue. I put on a fuel line clamp on it and just tightened it down really good so ill see if it gets any better, but its very annoying to say the least

my short term fuel trim is around -8 to 10, long term pinned at 0. that was last time i checked. I just put on this clamp so I have to re-log it.

my AFR was also high when WOT which is when I initially noticed it, i thought my start issue was e85 related. i don't get on my car much but when i did I was seeing AFRs at 14/high 13s but backed off it immediately.

Zach suggested doing a smoke test but I don't have the equipment or know of any shops around that do it so i'm just going to try to pinpoint it as best I can.

seen it done by watching STFT and a propane tank. otherwise a smoke machine would be the best bet.

I used brake cleaner. Shot it at suspect areas and listened for a rpm jump.

Hi All,

Check out DSport magazine. We broke well past 300whp with our FlexFuel Kit, 69mm pulley and Tomei full header back exhaust. The full article is in this months DSport Magazine. This was on the stock intake and intake filter. And then add a Airaid intake, 310whp...

I think we have hit the max, for this package, as everything is tapped out, including stock clutch and injectors.

DSport Magazine - Nov 2014 (Dyno Jet SAE Corrected)

DSport Magazine - Nov 2014 (Delicious FlexFuel Kit)

Love ur work and still looking at all the options to get my 86 retuned.
Not in any great hurry as I figure that things can only improve for tuning this platform over time but it appears now that you think you've reached the limit for power out of the Sprintex setup.

William how would that whp figure compare to a mainline dyno and what was the temp / humidity and elevation where the dyno run was done ?

I have a Perrin 2.5" cat back and over pipe atm and are about to fit a set of Tog 4 into 1 headers very soon and have just got an innovate wideband as well to keep an eye on afr's.

Also I can't get e85 where I live so are looking to go water meth inj and was wondering if this would give similar results to e85

I could send you a dyno graph from my car if that helps

Thanks ...... sam69

I think Sprintex posted recently that it would be a ~10% increase.
