Can we run e85 safely on stock fuel system eg. fuel pump injectors? of course ill have a flex fuel kit and tune but i was just wondering if stock pump and injectors can handle e85.

I’ve been on E85 for 6 months now with no problems. I don’t even have a flex fuel kit. I just can’t switch between petrol and E85 but luckily we have E85 all over town so it’s not an inconvenience at all.

Been using it in Socal for 2 months or so. cold start issues if weather is cold, but other than that, or after its warm the tune rips

I’ve been switching back and forth from E85 and 91 petro for almost 6 months. I have flex fuel kit and tune as well. I don’t see any problem so far except whenever I’m on E85, I’m hearing this high pitch song from the engine, maybe from the fuel system I don’t know? Is it bad to switch fuel every 2-3 tank even with flex fuel kit?
