Lame.

I actually took the day off and hit up Alices via La Honda, 84/Pescadero Creek, and then back to Alice's and Skyline north to 92, etc. going up towards SF.

I need to get one for my plums. That's the whole reason I started those trees.

Fermentation first, then distill. You can bring it to boise next year.

I've acute lower back... in Japan when you hurt your lower back in older age, it's called "ぎっくり腰". (Gikkuri Goshi) I was surprised, English doesn't have this term in US. I was also surprised I get this pain this early age (only 35). I wasn't really doing anything hardcore... now, driving to work was pain this morning. Even pushing in the clutch was disaster.

Back pain sucks! I am sorry to hear yours is killing you!

I fractured my T6 vertebra in a rollover 19 years ago. It took 10 years to rehab it back to "normal". I still have back pain that comes and goes. I find that staying active is the best thing for me. Too many days sitting at my desk without enough activity will cause me serious pain. Also, stretching in the morning, getting massage, and knowing my limits are necessary.

I hope your back pain goes away ASAP!
