Probably my best, in a while, since its usually 2 hour routine when I shaved off 45 minutes instead. Still finished the remainder, but damn... my body is feeling it today.

No pain no gain right?
Feel it more on the 2nd day! :P

With my luck (depleted), I'm going to feel this through next week.

EDIT: Will be going back it again to ease off the pain. Sometimes that helps or keep the burn going.

Yeaaaah, nope.

Did some pricing on gear. Not going to happen...

I am pleased to say the 5.5 mile ride didn't kill me, and I didn't get hit by any cars. It's a start.

I started doing some bike riding as well, the first day did 2 miles and the seat killed my buttocks so I had to get a gel seat (amazon) which was a lot better, I can do 3 miles or so its pretty fun and does a sweat. Gotta loose this spare tire (sigh beer).

But... beer. It taste sooo good.

Anyway I know the feeling. When I effed up my ankle from soccer I had to resort to using a bike to stay in condition. The seat on those things are not forgiving. Probably why I don't care to ride a bike that much to this point.

Aaah Beer! I love it too. But, it will add the tire if not kept to a moderate level. I switched to gin and club soda for awhile. Gin, from my research is the lowest calorie booze. I like Bombay sapphire.

I dropped 10 lbs in 6 weeks by dieting and running 6 miles a day.

Yeah summer is practically here so I usually lower my intake on beer, except when big parties are at stake. So about now I usually like to go with Tequila or Vodka as my substitutes. :happy0180:
