What happened to my OFT v2 data values?

Hi guys
I’ve had my OFT for 3 years, data values were always the same.
(Looked like this)

Anyway I did a data log, downloaded it to my PC but said NO when the open flash asked if I wanted to update.

My tuner did some changes to my tune using ecutek - said he didn’t touch my OFT and only unplugged it. I went to use my OFT to data log the new tune and saw it say something about scanning for PID (first time I’ve ever seen it so that) and then gave me these new data values

I checked the menu that shows values you can check and uncheck to show in the logging display but several values such as Boost, Knock corr, AFR and Command AFR are completely missing.

I plugged my OFT into my pc and updated it fully but still see these same new values.

Anyone know how to get the old values or whether this has happened to their OFT too??

I’m also not in the US…

Could just be a coincidence then and more related to the updated tune you got? Not sure.

That’s why I made the thread as I’m slightly suspicious.

My tune has been very bad, and my tuner was a little annoyed that I was doing logs on my own to try and diagnose my issues. He said he didn’t touch my OFT at all and all he did was make minor timing adjustments to my ecutek tune however I found it very coincidental that the main values that are probably the most important for me to log (boost, knock and AFR) are no longer displayable when I went to log later in the day from when he adjusted my tune

My OFT was my only way of data logging

He has done 3 seperate tune adjustments to my car prior and they never had any impact on my OFT values

Yes, very interesting. Even if he doesn't like the OFT, I doubt he would even physically be able to do anything to block its datalogging functionality.

Unfortunately this is getting to be above my pay grade, so paging @tomm.brz

Well it seems to be working again?
I’ve never used the tunebot tab, I don’t even know what it does, I’ve always gone through my car->diagnostics->real-time data display to see my values. Don’t know why it was acting up the first few days after my reflash hopefully it stays showing the correct values

The same happened to me. I am missing a lot of values after a forced update of the OFT software

I only checked "tune boot" option, so I will check this diagnosis tab
