15 tickets? You deserved this. I highly doubt you werent speeding. They wouldnt of done that unless if you were acting like a total jackass. You shouldnt be driving at all with how many tickets/wrecks you have. THats fucking rediculous.

Your going to hurt someone eventually with your shit driving. Ive only had 2 TICKETS in 10 years of driving. You must be a REALLY bad driver to get 15 tickets by the age of 20. Please do everyone a favor and sell your car and take public transportation. I just dont think you are mature enough to be driving this car. Your going to give other owners a bad name and getting in accidents wont help insurance rates for other people.

Based on what other people quoted you saying. You seem like a bad driver that shouldnt be driving any new car or be near any car. Your going to hurt or kill someone one day. Go take some driving classes or something because you obviously suck at driving with how many tickets/accidents you have.

It's a bit annoying. Obviously OP was doing something stupid in a neighborhood. Now, you take OP, 20 years old, 15 tickets, and 4 wrecks. Now picture OP.

Now picture OP driving an FR-S that is in dire need of some cats.

Wouldn't you do the same?

I'm sure OP was cocky with the guy. The story just doesn't add up otherwise.
He might have been behaving himself that particular day, but you see the same jackass blasting through your neighborhood every day, frustration builds and tempers get lost.

15 tickets and 4 wrecks in 4 years and you are 20? IMHO, you should have never bought this car to begin with and should stop driving for a few years. Get a bicycle, take the bus, buy a scooter, etc.

My guess is that if you were not speeding this time, you have before and the woman had enough. It does not justify the man throwing something at your car, but I suspect there is much more to this story you are not telling people.

I've only been pulled over once in a red FR-S in the past year. Obviously a 16 year old driving a 5.7L 6 speed is going to do some stupid stuff, I matured and got a 2.0L and slowed it down. The past is the past, people mature.

I'm not going to get a bicycle, take the bus, buy a scooter, etc just because someone threw something at my car. I'm a full-time student studying Petroleum Engineering.. I got this car because I will never have to worry about reliabilty and gas milage while I'm in college because I don't have the time.

This isn't my neighborhood and I've never driven by their house before. This is the whole story..I want advice that would actually help me not just waste everyones time.

This is exactly what happened, thanks for understanding. This is the same thing the 2 policemen said they believed happened.

People mature. If I was actually driving like a jackass, I doubt the woman would have jumped into the street and I wouldn't have had a damaged door.

Yet you couldnt possibly have been driving like a jackass and pissing someone off while driving around their neighborhood?

I am 46, and drive race cars (porsches, surpas, etc.) and havent even had 2 tickets in the last 15 years.

However I HAVE had a face to face conversation with an officer at the PO about me nearly kicking some kids ass for driving 55 in my grandkids crosswalk....
The kid was in the room with me and the officer and he was about to throwup
But I chose to not press any charges....

Maybe you should just get over it.
First of all, you're an adult who has matured. I'm sure you have had your fair share of fun back in the day. I'm still growing up, In 15 years I'll look back at myself now and laugh. I have big goals and I'm working hard to accomplish them.

I took the turn going 25 so it may have looked like I was speeding but I was following the law. I called the police because I have been wronged; I work too hard for some alcoholic to lose his temper and damage my property.
