I left them completely alone. No reason to cut them.

Did you need any alignment after the install?

Seriously considering these springs now.

Yes. It is required when the car is raised or lowered.

It is time to find a good alignment shop

Well, this thread has made my decision for me. Swift springs it is. At a drive a few weeks ago I saw a car with these springs in person and first thing I thought was it's the perfect drop.

yay! finally made my decision! was torn between swift and rce.
would love that extra .20" inch drop.

Does the instruction tell you to cut bump stops?

I would love to leave it alone.

Does seem lower than an inch, I havent done any measurements. Like the OP said it feels alot smoother than stock. You dont feel every bump or rock, but once you really work them on the corners, it stiffens up nice. Really love the ride and performance and the looks.

You guys need to hit up my buddy Jamie @Touge Factory. He probably can beat most any price you find online.

If you are going to keep stock shocks I would highly recommend the swift. The stock shocks really dont have much travel from the oem ride height, let alone taking an inch off of that. Any lower would cause the shocks to really wear out fast. Swift took a lot of time to make sure this setup would last and truly improve the handling characteristics of the car naturally.

Mine was -1.9 / -2.4. You should plan on some LCA to dial in the camber to your liking.

2.4 in the rear isn't so bad actually that may be ideal for me. I plan on getting some whiteline front camber bolts for when I snag some 17x9's. that way I am prepared.

id like to get the swift springs for the frs. since the frs and brz share the same rear spring rate, can someone elaborate between the difference in the front spring rate 3.0k in the frs vs the 3.8k in the brz. what does this do to the driving characteristics? my car is a dd but also plan to do HPDE as well.
