Euro GT86 cars have springs with lower ride height?
So I'm watching fifthgear and I swear the GT86 they are testing has less wheel gap than my Scion. Do the true GT86 cars ride lower or have different springs than the North American scion version? I know that euro spring rates are often different on many cars.

I recall reading that US crash requirement puts the impact zone higher than other countries which forces OEM to make our cars taller.
