Not sure about Dec, but I'm fairly sure this one is probably going to be the last one till next Spring... or till further notice!

She thinks I nerd out too much on the forums so she avoids it like the plague

I've never done one of these events and I've never been to Pacific Raceways, so I just want to make sure I'm prepared.

If I show up before 9 in a stock BRZ (no extra tires) with a full tank of gas, helmet, and all loose stuff in the trunk removed, am I good to go? What do people usually do for food (pack their own, go to places nearby, tough it out, ...)? Anything else I'm forgetting? Should I even bother bringing a lawn chair?

You have covered all the bases and are well prepared, alot of people just left for the hour to places nearby while some just brought some snacks and such.

Only thing i can suggest is to dress warm.

Lawn chair is your call, i say just stand around and converse with others.

You'll spend a bit of time in your car warming up I'm guessing, and for sure, dress for cold weather!

I think the concession stands will be open till about 12 again tomorrow but you could always go out and come back in later if you'd like. I plan to run throughout the day to minimize down time so there should be plenty of seat time tomorrow!

Regards!

Just wanted to say thank you Bob for a great event once again! and a great course set-up. I love the fact that you don't dilly dally but get stuff done quickly and are well organized. I'm looking forward to more events! thank you again.

Thanks again, Bob and crew! Shoutouts to Matia (sp?) for believing in me, and @QFry and Holly for helping me switch out my wheels and pump up my tires.... I would've wasted my nicer tires without you! (well, Mitch would've probably hooked it up too)

I'm trying to work up the courage to count myself in for the possible winter drifting.....

Matia and Kenneth were great instructors. Thanks to Matia for letting me ride along to see and feel how drifting is done.
