Wife and I were together when we saw our first FR-S, and both fell for it. It took us a couple months to get the deal done, but now it's in the garage! It's her daily driver, but she makes sure I get my weekend time with the car. It has been so cool to do this together!

Haha, my wife was like "Yeah, you should buy it. You work hard. You deserve it."

If she said no we probably would've had issues but I knew she wouldn't. I've been driving beaters all my life.

I wouldn't have bought it without asking her opinion. I think people have serious relationship issues if they spend that type of money without talking to their significant other. :P

Love this commercial, thankfully my wife was the one that encouraged me to go ahead and get the BRZ after 6 years with a family friendly Tacoma.

Not gonna lie, but that wasn't what I expecting at all. Though, what an excellent commercial!

I agree the commercial came off rather immature but I like the point it has. Don't let women control you. I'm 28 and still feel weary off marriage. All of my close family members are getting married and it doesn't make me want to do it one bit.

Oh yeah the nude guy needs his ass kicked for that shit!

Yeah, especially with motorcycles. You try getting a motorcycle after having a girlfriend/wife and there's pretty much 0 chance that's gonna fly with her. But you get one beforehand and she accepts it as part of you and may even think it's really cool... Women.

Yup, my wife wasn't the happiest camper when I bought my FR-S, BUT she accepts it as long as both our toddlers can fit with their car seats in the back (works all the time).

She knows my selfishness regarding my sports car and my track hobby... Thankfully she's okay with it as long as I know how to balance out my life with the her and the kids... And I love her for letting me have this freedom at the same time.

This is why you don't get married. You work and you can't buy shit.

My fiance knows we will be getting an FR-S soon and never objected to that idea. I knew there was a reason I was marrying her
