So I'm assuming you switched out the head unit. Was this a plug and play?

Not in the USA, it is aToyota part.

It was all except the mic for the phone, They had to add one and change the connector.

No, it was red stitching. I used a yellow dye pen on the thread. It is not a perfect match, but close.

Where did you get that armrest from?? I had never seen one for the 860. I also didnt see it on the one solar orange edition 86 I saw in Japan.

My local Toyota dealer, they offer two center consul lids, one covers the entire cubbyhole and hinges to the side and has either silver or orange stitching. The other is higher has a little bit shorter like the one I have. It slides back-and-forth and allows you to use the rear most drink holder for Taller drinks.
They make the one I have either in dark gray with silver stitching, or black with red stitching that is the one I got. Then I took the lid and had a recovered
AlcanTara and orange stitching.
