Florida probably has nails and screws literally everyplace!

Found out last month that my Continentalís had screws/nails in both passenger side tires unfortunately. Luckily the tread is super low and Iíd been about ready to replace the set anyway.

Do trucks and stuff just leave loose fasteners in their beds or something and let them fall out?

Was supposed to replace the set in October but had some...issues with a wheel.. so thatís delayed things a bit. Should get new ones soon.

Yes. My brother and I are roommates. He is a contractor and has loose hardware all over the back of his rig. I take a rolling magnet and run the driveway and in front of our house about once a week. Drives me crazy. All the other guys he works with are the same way.

Ahhh, the perks of having a father who is a retired electrician with nothing but time and a desire to keep busy now that golf season is done.

Not only is he driving 3 hours to our place to drop us off the couch they want to replace, saving us a good chunk of change, heís also agreed to install a few dimmer switches for us, saving me the effort.

In worse news, my fiancťes work has changed up her schedule from 12 hour 4 on, 5 off rotation to 6 on, 1 off, 4 on, 3 off 8 hour shifts. She is not happy and likely wouldnít have taken this job if she knew her schedule was going to be that. The good news is that she went to her union rep and they basically said ďwait, thatís illegalĒ. Hopefully itís a positive outcome for her, since our plans for the next 2-3 months in terms of holidays and vacations were based around the 4 on, 5 off schedule. Most notably, our plans for Christmas have gone to shit. But, such is life when youíre a nurse, I suppose.

I don't think anyone patents beard oil formulas. The carrier oils and mixture rates do vary, but it's all largely the same stuff. Plus, I might get my oils from different supplier and I don't think you can patent such a flexible formula.

I drilled a hole in my desk at home... but now I have 4x the work space. I must have hit just the right spot to find the next dimension.

looks like I'm going to have to kill someone today.

put half a large pizza in the fridge this morning at work and when I went to get it about an hour and 15min later all but one slice was gone.

so now I have to find out who it was and then decide how I'm going to murder them.
