Need HELP. Car doesn't turn on

I need your help. My car is not turning on at all. It doesn't crank and accessory doesn't turn on. I was installing my coilovers and I accidentally hit the positive with my wrench. I have checked the fuses unless I missed something and the battery is at 14v. Even took out the terminal and sanded a bit then put it back but I still can't turn it on. What else can I check to fix this? Thank you

I wasn't sure where to post this.

Yes, check these 2. Fusible link block comes as an assembly with both fuses. Part# 82211CA010
