Yeah. Easy to do. It's not a permanent installation.

Thanks man! It was a fun car for a little while but it didn't age nicely.

They are the Sport Edition SE16, 16x7.5 +50 I believe. Not sure how much they are new, I think like 400 on Tire Rack . Relatively light actually. Don't know much about that company but they seem popular for winter wheels because they are cheap haha

Had SportEdition A7s as my last set of winter wheels. Absolutely no complaints. They aren't the lightest wheels around but they are incredibly cheap and look good!

srizzors,

Thanks for the info. I've got a 2004 325i that has 180,000 miles on it - it's been perfect and I'm having a real tough time figuring what to replace it with. Considering a BRZ.

Nice man! yea my zhp had around 160k when I sold it. Engine always ran well, killer gas mileage with the 6spd manual, but man there was always something wrong with the suspension and interior. Not well taken care of before I got it but I don't think it liked that I drove through winter storms and put 25k on in a year haha

Naturally, I recommend the BRZ lol.

Got Michelin Xi3s on stock rims. Here in western MA, there has already been some very cold weather. So far, so good!

I just want to know how our brothers and sisters in Buffalo and upstate NY are doing in all this. (Sorry for the low-res pic, but you get the idea)

Damn, what did you order? Might be worth changing out whatever is causing the delay to something more readily available, assuming a backorder is the culprit...

I ordered a cheap set of rims MSW Type 85 and some WS80. The rims are what is holding it up, initial a two week delay didn't' seem like a big deal. Then the second two week day, I was like oh well I will have them before thanksgiving so no biggie. Now this and I just so pissed I might just go pay local retail pricing so I can have winter tires before traveling for thanksgiving.

edit: smilies
