Went to Toyota dealership today, don't have Argento out yet. Mind you, this is in the third world country known as Canada.

Anyone have luck with the whiteout from the dealer? I apply it but it juts looks like a blob so I take it off. Any suggestions?

Let me pass on a tip that a body shop guy gave me years ago. Do not use any brush with your touch-up paint. Use a tooth pick. You want to get the paint in the hole that became a chip but you do not want to get any paint on the painted surface that is not chipped. (Hard to explain but only fill the pool and don't get any on the walk around the edge of the pool.) Let it dry and do a second coat with the tooth pick. When that is dry buff it out. If you have a good color match you can make the repair all but invisible.

I did some digging online, but I ended up buying CBS (code D4S) over the counter at my Subaru dealership. There were lower purchase prices online, but the shipping cost made it much more expensive in total. I paid $11.21 (incl. tax) for the 1oz bottle.

Did you have any better luck? I was thinking of buying the dealership touch up as well, but may get something else?

I would like to see this as well. In my experience the Dr Colorchip matches pretty good, but it doesn't "fill" in a paint chip since it's not made to be globed on

did some research this afternoon, and it seems like from the sti forums that people were having trouble color matching the 37J that Dr. Colorchip offered, and had better success using OEM paint. I picked up some OEM paint, and plan to use the toothpick method to fill in some chips. If I get paint blobs, then I'll get some Langka blob remover
