Indeed lol, another 4 pages of technical hot air would be instantly added to the thread

On that score I cant understand why there isnt a dyno chart for the Bullet SC kit, I have been TOLD the figures but not shown anything at all

I pissed myself laughing at this

"(hence his huge HP increase)" youre kidding right ?

Come on LOL. Doubling is a huge increase

The BS debate between SC or Turbo will always go on for ever,
Both these installs are a mild improvement, worthy ? I still say yes.

But they are OEM engines and the increases will only be small. Would i buy one over the other because of a few Hp over the other , yeh right , as if.

Thats why i mentioned Dyno differences.

As far as im concerned i wouldn't even look at the dyno's from the USA.

I would reference what Bullet has on the stock car 106.8 KWS Which sounds about right

Im positive that Tom has bigger plans install.

One has to be wondering if supercharging is going to have any place with this car after seeing the high boost levels the motor will take and the extremely high (for high comp stock 2.0 engine). Running SC's at 14psi plus isnt really the greatest plan, whereas the higher pressures are so much more suited to turbocharging.

If it will take the higher pressures, then why bother with lower pressures with a turbo kit as it is pretty much the same hardware whether high or low boost, cost hardly changes except on fuelling components side.

The SC kit would have to be half the price of the TC kits to be interesting now that the results from turbo can be seen and there will be some low priced TC stuff in the near future too
Because a PD SC will give you massive off the line torque instead of waiting until about 3-4K to get moving.

Someone should attempt to copy the Gazoo twincharge design -- THAT would be perfect. Instant boost plus sky high top end.

I vote Eaton TVS, they push 12 psi at 70+ % efficiency and will hit 17psi without complaining. Too bad they're hard to find.

Besides, I don't think the stock motor or transmission is going to be super reliable on the redonkulous boost that the big turbos are putting out anyways.

Smile Bullet powering ahead

Some new information from Bullet Superchargers -

We will end up with a very quick reliable and affordable package, price target will end up under $6k in Australia and probably under $5k in the USA

So you can see there is quite a revision on pricing now they are working through the manufacturing details on the kit

Stand by for more information as it comes to hand

I am more of a turbo guy myself however I am HIGHLY interested in this from a mere reliability standpoint and packaging.
