i have similar issues, people like to pull out in front of me, my car is raven. I dont know if they just dont see me or they expect me to have good brakes so they say fuck it. turning left in front of me and just pulling in front of me like im not there happens about 2-3 times a week. I use the horn a lot

Today, I found a pile of potato chips next my my WRB BRZ in the parking lot at the end of the day. As though some (likely large, slow witted, slow moving) fellow stood there, mezemerized by my car, sloppily eating his chips - and unfortunately, missing his mouth on many attempts to eat his chips. It makes me kind of sad to think about. But happy that he didn't get greasy fingerprints on the car.

But I don't, because it's old and beat up, and none of the busybodies realize how much money is tied up under the hood that I don't "deserve" to have there.

I've been through this off and on through the years. When I had my Triumph, it was actually vandalized a few times by assholes who didn't think I deserved to be driving it. Nothing like that ever happened with my Mazda pickup. It happened with my Corvette. It never happened with my S10. It never happens with any of the vanilla rentals I drive.

Fuck those assholes. I'm not going to park my hot car just because some stupid piece of shit decides he or she has any right to judge my choice.

They walk up to the side of it, see their own reflection and start attacking it like a chubby kid attacks a cheesecake. It's either I don't notice it but I have never had any problems with folks on the road because of my 86. The only thing I notice is people looking at the car sometimes but that's it. The other thing is in Atlanta the drivers aren't the best but I don't think it's car specific.
