Didn't go to T-Hill yesterday and track in the rain, but we can at least drive on the backroads of the bay area.

The video is sped up. And it was on Sierra road up from Piedmont Shell, 3295 Sierra Rd San Jose, CA 95132.

Amazing fun.

I'll admit, when my alarm went off I lay there in bed for several minutes, thinking about just staying in the warm bed and flaking. But I'm glad I got up, and made the trip out, it was a fun little drive.

Some dash cam footage. Few cuts and rough, but it's in real time. Pan through it to get a good overview. The return trip after the meet was fantastic, it's actually the majority of the video.

Good stuff! Nice you caught all of that long chain of Mazda 3s (Mazdaspeeds?) that we passed by. haha that V1 didn't give too much warning about that Sheriff parked along the side there at the end huh. Good thing we were just moseying along behind other traffic.

Whoa I didn't realize you ran into a little rockslide there right after I turned. Was that James May flagging everyone down? LOL. I also encountered them on my drive home, and some of those rocks on the road were pretty big... could definitely ruin your day.

Better late than never, a public service announcement. Watch out for rockslides along Niles Canyon Rd and Palomares Rd.

Yeah I was able to downshift from the detector. His radar was bursting. Wasn't constantly on. He pulled over the Lexus behind me. I saw him pull out, turn on his lights and stay behind the Lexus. Was relieved to see him stay back. Though I knew we weren't speeding.

The rock slide was something I really wanted to include otherwise I probably would have cut the video shorter.

So, Tomorrow is Lincolns Bday, I will have that day off. I am thinking of Doing a "Tour De Bay" For those who are interested PM me. Im not planning on having coffee in the morning waiting at a perticalar spot unless i know someone will be accompanying me. This will be a long drive but you are welcome to leave when ever you need to leave. etc. The route will start somewhere in berkeley and continue to castro valley and then san jose.. from there we can take a break and have lunch etc and continue to the otherside.. Hwy 9 and skyline. Ending at 92 and skyline. we can either go each our own way or we can go somewhere to have coffee.. let me know.
