Yes also that, because I can t find the overrun Timings on the output on neither racerom 9 or 10

You can't change individual tables with Racerom. You are neither changing e.g. base or overrun. You can subtract/add/multiply the overall timing using racerom. If you only want it to subtract/add/multiply at a specific phase (e.g. overrun), you need to be creative with how that map activates/deactivates - e.g. use accelerator input to decide when it's active. But as said it's not without flaws.
