Should work good, the price is really nice with the coating.

I was just looking at those again and noticed that. Even better.

Edit: I really like the uncoated set. Interesting to note the 1 3/4 is the ID of the ports, whereas most headers are measured on the OD of the piping:

and for a super cheap solution that is 1 3/4 w/ 3" collector: $240

Found the 13/16 Master Should work just fine.

So while I'm waiting on Vorshlag, I'm trying to tackle the return fuel system. Ive followed the two high pressure lines from the engine bay to the fuel tank. Both those high pressure lines tee together at the fuel tank and run one line into the top of the fuel canister. From what it looks like, Vorshlag ran the return line and feed line in the place of the two high pressure lines.

My questions are, where would they have tapped that return line into and did they cut that tee out to run one feed line to the engine bay?

I know no one but Vorshlag knows for sure, but I'm trying to see what others think before I re-route this system.

You will need to grab the FBM Return style fuel system. Then you need the fitting that takes the single output from the pump and adapts it to an AN fitting. I am looking for the fitting right now. If you want to copy how Vorshlag did it. Or you can Run the return system from FBM and just T the factiry feed lines into one line at the engine bay/under driver (which is what I am doing for now until Radium Engineering finishes their fuel pump hanger)

Or if you can find the FPR bypass thing, you can do it yourself.

I think this is the correct one (Click Picture): This one is 3/8, there is a 5/16. There is a thread here where someone does his own fuel lines, and uses these fittings. It has the correct part number, I had it saved, but lost it when I upgraded computers at work.

Edit: For anyone who hasn't. Going through Vorshlags hundreds of pictures is a really good look into the swap, and can answer some questions. Find them here: Vorshlag Picture Thread

found the FPR... looks like two lines, one going in, one going out. cut both lines, splice together. bypass FPR... ha ha I think that would be to easy. I must be seeing this wrong.

Seems they are both feed lines of some sort?

I believe so. Smaller line feeding the FPR and the larger line coming from the FPR feeding the high pressure lines to the motor. Im wondering if this is how @wutsaiu did it.

I followed his build for my fuel set-up. All he did was T the factory hard lines back into 1 line into the engine. Non-return system.

I simply took the two feed lines in the engine bay and Y'd them together into the LS intake fuel rail.

I used Russell Push-On EFI Fittings 644123 on the fuel rail.
SUM-220107B (summit brand -6AN Y-fitting)
2x SUM-220769N (summit brand -6AN to 5/16) to connect the Y to stock fuel hoses.
2x SUM-220765N (summit brand -6An to 3/8) to connect the Y to the fuel rail using 3/8 fuel injector hose.

Unless you're thinking about serious power I'd avoid complex fuel setups, use what is already there. My stock fuel pump seems to have no issues feeding a stock N/A LS3.

Think I found the slave/TOB solution. I plan on canceling that order when I contact Vorshlag Tomorrow (if I can get a hold of them):

Slave/TOB $140:

Remote Bleed Line $50:

-4AN to GM Quick Disconnect Clutch line (this is 36" Long, Think it's long enough?) $90:

Earls 3/8-24 Banjo Bolt $5:

Earls 3/8 banjo to -4AN $9:

Total Price of $295.

Looks good I would think 36" should be plenty.

Might think about the exhaust though and make sure you have enough slack to keep the line away from the hot pipes.

Yeah. I need someone with the transmission in the car to check and see. Maybe @wutsaiu Could measure the length from the master to the slave?
