Is this a good deal on a 17 86?

Looking to pick up a 17 white 86 for 22,200 + ttl with 12k miles from a dealership. Is this good?

2017 BRZ (bought in late 2017) with PP 27.3k out the door+ 2.99%APR
2017 86 (bought in late 2016) was 26.5k out the door +1.9% APR
They may have raised the price but I don't think 22k+ tax for a used one is a good deal.

Why not go for an older model and save some cash? By the time you finish paying it off the car is going to be worth 10k, more or less.
