As some of you may or may not know, we purchased ANSYS, a very powerful analysis software, a month or so ago. I finally sat down to learn how to do a simple stress analysis and can you guess which part it was on?!?!

We're currently out of stock but FT-86SpeedFactory is stocking the clutch fork now and has some in stock. I have another production run going currently as well as the strengthened pivot point.

Thanks,
Eric

@VeloxEric do you have a rough price estimate and or release date on the pivot?

Hopefully I don't get in trouble for this... Probably right around $25. I'd guess 2-3 more weeks.

After a brief stint of being out of stock, the clutch forks are back in stock with a small revision! Tiny finishing touch on a non-crucial loaded part with our emblem .

The pivot point should be done at the machine shop this week. Those will be available shortly.

As far as feedback, we've heard from a multiple people that when they replaced their OEM unit with ours and it either A) Greatly improved clutch feel or B) Fixed the clutch completely where before it wouldn't disengage at times.

Thanks,
Eric

Just installed mine yesterday since my transmission crapped out on me at the track sunday..

Sorry I didn't get any pictures... BUT... I have to say... the quality of this fork is superb! Fitment is spot on!

After doing all our checks we started up the car and it felt amazing, even just sitting in the car.. the clutch pedal felt COMPLETELY different, like a whole new clutch! I have an Exedy twin disc btw..

Before the clutch was super stiff and the engagement point was really low and small, meaning between the point of when it's off and engaging, it was probably about 1-1.5 inches.. so you really couldn't make a mistake if you wanted to take off smooth, you just kind of have to over rev so you don't stall out.. But now the engagement point is much higher and larger.. I probably have a good 2.5-3 inches, and the pedal actually doesn't feel as stiff! I wasn't expecting this at all especially since all I changed was the fork and the transmission. It's like having a new clutch, so I'm having to learn it again, but it's completely worth it!!!

I have to admit that my clutch kind of made it a pain to drive around town and sometimes made me not want to take it out to meets or just drive around.. man now I'm thinking maybe I don't need my new clutch master twin disc LOL it might just sit around for awhile now!

Thanks @VeloxEric for making an awesome product.. Something so simple, yet it changes the feel of driving completely!

How difficult is it to install both fork and pivot? Do I need to drop the transmission just as if installing new clutch?

Considering the throw out bearing rides on this, yes, the tranny will need to come out.

@VeloxEric how are the pivots coming along? I have my gear set install coming up next month on the 10th and was hoping that I could get this installed at the same time.

So glad Velox picked up this project. I have few other upgrades in mind... but first, I gotta test drive kouki 86 & new BRZ to see if they fix the issue.

Also I'll be picking this up later on as well.

Pivot points should be in stock late this week. They shipped late last week from machine shop! I'll get them on the website ASAP and get FT-86SpeedFactory some as well.
