prob better off asking in the Great Lakes regional forum, but at least in NY, it's gonna drop back down to 30's this week with chances of snow..

Finally hit the quad digits, and proceeded to exceed 4k rpms.

My god is it a fun machine...

I need to do some more "testing", but it seems my mpg got loads better, on the order of 5mpg+ highway and 3mpg+ city!

It's been awhile since I've had something significant to contribute to this thread, but yesterday I installed LED switchback turn signal bulbs and white side marker lights, as well as changed the diff fluid (did you know its supposed to be changed every 7500 miles? I was WAY overdue for that. Oops! Thankfully I'd swapped it for MOTUL once before and the fluid looked relatively clean, and not a lot of gunk on the drain plug magnet.) Anyways, with my HIDs and complete LED swap, my front end looks really clean all lit up now. Love it! Oh, and I also installed a BlackVue DR500GW dashcam this week.

I think its just supposed to be "inspected" every 7500 miles? :/

HIDs are the Retro-Quik bi-xenon kit from theretrofitsource.com, 6000k http://www.theretrofitsource.com/com...-frs-2012.html

LEDs are from diodedynamics.com -
Switchbacks: http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/l...turn-leds.html
DRL:http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/2...leds-pair.html (They've changed the product since I bought these, I went with the equivalent of a Stage 1 since I was going the bi-xenon HID route)
Side Markers: http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/l...leds-pair.html (I went with white, stage 3 on these.)

As for the tires, they are 235/40R18 on 8.75" wheels.

Detailed and debadged her. That dealer sticker was the worst, but I told them I'd leave it on for two months (friends of the family). And after it was gone, decided to pull the FRS badge too.

And my buddy and I took turns driving each other's cars. His is a 2013 M3. He loves our auto in manual mode (as do we).
To quote him, "it's amazing how much your car is just like mine. The power is at the same rpms and the shifting response with the paddles is sooooo fast. I LOVE that downshift autoblip"
