It seems like he doesn't because his fenders are cut and he's missing his over fenders.
For being as low as he is with the wheel size/specs he has on it have to give props for pulling it off.

Yes it looks bad but a lot of work went into this.

Yea, I agree, get rid of the "broken hot wheels axle" wheels, the yellow lights and the wing (just not a fan), and its a good looking car.
