Can any owners comment on the transient response of this kit when you are in the 4-5k RPM range?

Soon. I've been working on making sure my install is leak free and I am at a point where I am ready to get it tuned... Just after I bolt on the wideband AEM kit. I did however, get some good pics. I'll post those this weekend most likely.
PTuning is going to get nothing less than a great review from me. =) |

Having developed, tuned, and driven our PTUNING FR-S shop car at a few autocross already I can tell you that the powerband is awesome and the transient response is very quick too. Making useable power up to 8K+rpms certainly doesn't hurt either. Below is a video of one of my runs. If you listen closely to the engine/turbo, you can tell that the car GOES whenever I ask it to. - Toan [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM3HvFQEusc"]PTUNING Turbocharged Scion FR-S NASA VMP Autocross 10/27/13 - YouTube[/ame] |

This is the kit I really want.. ahhh so different than the SC route I was planning. Big decision time.
The two things that have me on this kit is that you guys are already testing with WMI, and of course, the turbo placement. 400 hp in this car would be a bit beyond ridiculous though... Decisions. Anyways, really looking forward to owner feedback. My apologies for thread jacking. PS: That video was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! |

The ohlins coilover have dropped a few hundred from last year's pricing. Click link for new pricing: http://www.ptuning.com/subdir/itemde...delDesc=FR%2DS We sell an exhaust adaptor (2-bolt to v-band) for our turbo system that allows you to adapt the 3" downpipe on our turbo system to any cat-back exhaust system that can bolt to the factory 2-bolt midpipe (which is pretty all NA exhaust on the market). We have a few customers running our turbo system with their existing 2.5" exhaust system (Apexi, Tanabe, etc.). MrC |

How much ambient room is there for a larger turbo?
