I'm sure there will be mixed feelings going from evo to brz (NA) but with a solid knowledge of what you want from this car and some deep pockets anything is possible.

As being a Mitsubishi owner for many years and 6 different cars I can vouch that most are OK. But... when you post on an FRS website saying LOOK AT MY EVO ya gotta expect some feedback!

Just have way to much time on my hands sometimes. Really am interested to see what the evo forum guys have to say.
If had been any other car would likely not have joined in the mob mentality on these posts but I had a VERY bad time with Mitsi for the last two years so am still bitter about our break up!!!!!!!!

My 08 GTS lost all the paint from the rear edge of the back doors to the edge of the back bumper. When I complained they told me it was a "design error" and not covered under warranty. The next year they changed the blue! I should have backed out of the brand then but oooooh noooo I had to get a 12 GT!
Sooo as long as the FRS at least keeps all the paint on it I feel like I am ahead.
