Great response and power early and linear until redline. Thoroughly enjoyable. Loved the sound too. The car should've come from the factory with the powerband that yours has.

I just ordered mine and I'm planning to tackle it by myself. On jack-stands, like the cool kids do.

T3 is too general of a term. A T3 turbo can be journal or ball bearing.
