I bought mine at Shelor Motor Mile in Christiansburg, VA. I live in Blacksburg, recently graduated Virginia Tech. MSRP for my FR-S was $25,654 and I paid just under $25k.

After doing some research on Edmunds and KBB, it seems the average transaction price is in the mid 27s for this area. I realize I can't get the same deal on a BRZ as I might able to get on a Forester, but I'd still like to get the best deal I can. Does anyone have any dealership recommendations? I haven't seen RK, Perry, or Casey listed on the dealer blacklist. If all goes well, I'll be selling my S2000 soon and moving on to a BRZ in time for the 2014 autocross season. I may even get a race or two in this year.
Casey's sales department is on my shit list. They wanted $35,000 for an autotragic BRZ limited.

I drove up to nova and bought my BRZ limited (albeit used) there. The dealerships down in this area are full of assclown salesmen who prey on the military folk who have money burning a hole in their pockets after a deployment.

That may be it actually. I know they went bankrupt and the dealers and manufacturers revived the program. I'm not sure when it happened though.

I emailed Casey. The originally quoted 5k over MSRP. They have since responded with $500 over MSRP. I told them thank you, but I will look elsewhere.

Thanks for the tips on DC area dealers. I'll have to check cars.com as I get closer to my purchase date.

After a lot of time and research, I've found that the best place to buy a BRZ in Hampton Roads is actually Colorado Springs. Like 86 other forum members, I've ordered my BRZ from Clint at Heughberger Motors. Even with shipping, I was able to save around $2000 compared to the best offer I got from a local dealership. RK had a slightly better offer than Casey. I never got a firm offer from Perry. A salesman called me up after I had already put my deposit down with Clint. When I told him I had already ordered a BRZ, he asked what they had to do to beat their price. I told him the price I got from Heughberger, and I never heard back.
I'm signing the papers tomorrow, and the car should be here in a few weeks. I'd recommend Clint and Heughberger to anyone in Virginia looking to pick up a BRZ.

I bought my BRZ from Herb Gordon in Silver Spring, MD. I got it for $1400 below MSRP which was around $100 above invoice on July 30th of this year.

I bought my FR-S back in April at Browns Toyota. I just got $500 graduate discount and all of their employees are nice. I like the service department too.
