Hi,
Do Gramlights ship from FT86SpeedFactory's facility or do they ship them from Japan. I'm looking at 57dr. They said in stock on their website.

Never tried calling, but they've always responded to my emails after 1 business day.

If you called them, they tell you to email them. Pretty shitty. But, their email support is quite good.

I have dealt with them as well. It is true they don't answer the phone. I have e-mailed them, they do reply the next day. The thing I don't care for besides not answering the phone is, when nI order from there web site. It is not clear weather the team I ordered is in stock. So you really don't know when your iteam will arrive. You do get an e-mail when it is shipped. But on a few occasions I paid for expedited shipping only to receive my package a week and a half after I originally placed the order. I Prefer 86 Speed, I can always reach them by phone, and if the part is not in stock. They let me know when it will be available for shipping.

Makin industries is the sole distributor for RAYS in the USA. So Ft86speedfactory would get it from them. Very unlikely they will do grey area business(no warranty) and pay shipping just for one set of wheels. Don't even try contacting Makin industries as it is wholesale only. Unless it is a special order, it will come from Makin industries or ft86speedfactory, and possibly drop shipped.
