Going camping with the family this weekend. 150 miles, and passed 3 different cars that were using their DRL's as headlights with no tail lights...

Drove through driving rain with almost zero visibility. At least 50% of the cars didn’t have their lights on. Since the majority of them were whit or silver they were almost totally invisible. Add to that the fact that people that are too dumb to turn their lights on are also the ones that slow to a crawl in all lanes when visibility is reduced and it is scary.
