Once my buddy makes one set I assume he'll be able to make more.

Like I said, will update once I have something to update with.

Mostly just annoyed lol.

ST is supposed to be the easy button!

Racer-X doesn't sell poly any more. And isn't really wanting to play ball on selling me replacement bushings.

Velox
RS-R
SPC/Dif bushings
SPL with steinjager poly

Is there a middle ground between $550-600 and the SPC/Dif bushing setup that I'm missing?
Whiteline lca are cheap and good

Depending on your setup and fuel level, that's easily normal in my experience. All the cost effective weight reduction is in the back.

That looks normal. Running with less fuel, having a lighter exhaust, and removing the spare tire and tools from the trunk will shift the weight distribution to the front.

Factory is 55/45. 56.5/43.5 is close enough anyways.

On the subject of balancing, what do you guys do for cross-weights? 50/50?

With coil-overs, you want ( and should be able to get) 50/50 cross-weights.

Copy/paste from my old 350Z STU build:

Corner balancing: I didn't even understand what corner balancing was until I borrowed my club's scales and spent a weekend in my garage with google and youtube:
My results, with me in the car and 1/2 tank of gas.

Corner balancing is apparently more like "leveling" a dinner table than "balancing" weight distribution. The weight at each corner of a car, on a level surface, is more of an indicator of the suspension's length/height at each corner than an "end" unto itself.

A car with poor corner balancing is similar to 4-legged dinner table that can rock back and forth when two opposing corners' legs are longer than one or both of the other two. But, whereas a table will rock back and forth over the long-legged axis, and alternately lift the two shorter leggs off the ground, making the issue obvious, the springs on a car will keep all four tires in contact with the ground and mask the issue.

The 4 individual scales, and the resulting weights, show how much force each tire is putting on the ground while at rest.

Less force (weight) on a cross-weight (DF+PR vs PF+DR) means one or both of the "table legs" are too short relative to the heavier cross weight. Or, conversely, the heavier cross-weight has a "leg" or "legs" that are too long.

@M0nk3y wrote a letter that hasn't been responded to yet, next month's Fastrack hopefully.

My SPC links will be going in next week, I'll be measuring and comparing the bushing to stock.

I'll try to see if I can get an update on that letter. I've received no email updates as of yet

There is no movement per say on it. It would/could not be legal for 2018.

SPC lateral link rod end looks legal to the naked eye, took some measurements and will be confirming the math later tonight, super glad I got it in though, alignments are so much easier with the two threaded links (combined with some new slip plates), they're staying in unless I head to nats and a fasttrack states they're illegal. However some of my difficulty may be due to damaged cam bolts/washers on the stock links, they're a bit tweaked and not as precise as I would hope.

The SPC feel much heavier than stock as well, I should be able to get the stockers on the scale before I post up the math.

Any other mid level coilovers besides the KW v3 and Tarmac 2s worth looking at?

Recently upgraded my 13 frs to a 17 brz. I ran fortune autos the last few years in STX, and while they were competitive locally and i did well on them, I'm looking for a new setup to be nationally competitive. MCS are out of the question because i just can't afford them.

Thanks for any help
