Well the uncatted front pipe is a little too raspy/loud for my liking so I'm going to take it off this evening and find a hi-flow catted version down the road.

Here it is side by side with the OEM:

Also, when I was under the car (on jackstands) I snapped a couple pics of the headers:

I got the car dynoed on Saturday down in Richmond. The dyno numbers were reading a little low so take it with a grain of salt. There were 5 or 6 of us so there are some good comparisons in the post here:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35546

I'm running the 92 octane Fuel ~ Timing + map on my unichip (AEM Intake w/Headers)

The map is running too rich up top. I'm sure I could squeak out an extra 4-7whp at peak if I went with a leaner mixture. Very consistent pulls, goodbye torque curve:

Did you leave the uncatted front pipe on for that run or is that stock exhaust after the FA20Club headers?

Torque horizontal looks great!

I put the stock one back on. The uncatted pipe was a little too raspy/loud for me but it felt a lot better on. I'd say maybe 3-5hp.

So the only mods were the AEM intake, FA20Club header, and unichip. Everything else is stock. I'm very happy with the torque curve. It looks like a few adjustments to the map and I can make the HP curve a little more linear from 4-5k rpms and a few more ponies up top. The dyno reads how the car feels so I'm happy with it.

I had roughly the same numbers as a guy running E85 w/tune and overpipe-back exhaust and intake. However, my torque curve was a table where he was still battling the dip. The header definitely got rid of that. It just makes the car more fun to drive on backroads.

Numbers look great!

The R2's and the new wheels/tires should be icing on the cake. Your upcoming track time at Mid Ohio will without a doubt be epic fun!

My best attempt to mock-up a stock/near-stock run.

Update -

I got my tracking number for my Eibach R2 Coilovers!! They arrive on Friday.

I'm taking my car to the dyno again on Saturday (This time at PTuning) to see how consistent my numbers are. I wish I had a way to adjust my map to run a little less rich up top but I'd need to find a unichip tuner or learn their software.

I plan to order my tires next week after getting the coilovers on. I'll be heading up to Ohio for a little vacation and will close that out with a track day at Mid-Ohio on June 10th. I should have a good amount of updates in the next several weeks.

UPDATE:
The day has finally come! I received my Eibach MultiPro R2 coilovers. I got a great deal from JoeBoxer, I pre-ordered them so it was a long drawn out wait.

I installed them by myself so it took me a good 3-4 hours. I sort of learned along the way and misplaced a few things, so it probably could have taken about 2-3hrs. I need to figure out where I'm going to mount the front reservoirs. They don't seem to want to work with the Password JDM strut tower. So I had to temporarily take off the middle section (connecting the struts).

I took it for a quick spin and you can really feel the car is more aggressive. I set them up half way on the rebound and compression adjusters. I plan to play with them more this weekend but the sun was setting by the time I got wrapped up. The ride height is fine, I plan to order my tires next week and throw my rims on. I might adjust the height then. The car broke traction more you could feel when pressing heavy the tires aren't matched well. Not sure if my corner speeds are any faster at this point but it feels faster.

I'll be taking my car to get dynoed again tomorrow but this time at pTuning out in Manassass tomorrow. I'll post the results.

Here are some pics:

Looks awesome, I'm guessing you didn't take any install pics? I'm curious where the front reservoirs mount.

Are you planning on getting adjustable lower control arms?

No, I wanted to make sure I'd have enough time to get them on. I actually just wedged them in the engine bay where they aren't going to go anywhere but plan to figure out a mounting position tomorrow. If worst comes to worst I can probably get some padding and zip tie them to my strut tower. They are designed to mount via a bracket that is bolted to one of the strut tops. They would run parallel to the strut brace. The password JDM has some bulky mounts that complicate this. I'll post a pic when I figure out what I'm going to do.

I just went with the off the shelf rates 275/350. I'll see how they perform, they ride nice on the street (stiffer feeling than the OEMs)

The Wilwoods are still holding up great. I did a visual inspection since I had the wheel off today.
