The CARB sticker on my Integra's cold air intake and cat back exhaust system have long since faded away (the items were installed 15+ years ago). So I'd be screwed.

Good thing I don't live in that crazy state.

Ahhhh yes. Good ol' California.

I laugh more and more every couple weeks from my comfy spot in Arizona after having left that shit hole state. That state has so many issues that require real attention that get put on the back burner for stupid nonsense. Hopefully the revenue collected from these additional guidelines will help solve some of those problems.... lol who are we kidding? They'll just get lost in an account somewhere while they keep garnishing money to try and build that high speed rail that's already way past budget and that nobody gives a damn about.

On the other hand, I've had/driven multiple modified cars while traveling through and living in California and I never had any issue. In fact, I've never been pulled over in California, period. Last time I was pulled over was 2009. If you don't drive like a dingleberry, and your car doesn't present as some hacked up hooptie like you'd find in a back alley in the middle east, you probably won't have any issues.
