OFT stage 2, what revision? How many miles driven, and its a good idea to try to get a solid third gear pull from say 2,200 to redline at wide open throttle, i see your throttle position varying.

Yes, a full 3rd gear log is needed. 2000rpm to 7500rpm will be good. Also list of mods please if you haven't already mentioned them

UEL Open Flash Header is the only mod (only other thing I did was to remove the sound tube but i really don't think it change something..?)

note that I had the accel down on the floor the whole time.. it's weird that it is not shown as 100% (could not go higher than 96%..?)

Were you able to pull that from the tablet or did you strip the .dev file in a text or hex editor?

Piecing the strings together:
1. Pushes shiv to give him an unreleased beta tune.
2. Pushes shiv to release the bin but shiv said no.
3. Ask to borrow tactrix cable.
4. Pulls rom and release it.

I posted the bin file so people didn't have to go through the same hassle I had to go through. I asked shiv if he wanted the post removed than I would simple remove it. I don't think I did any wrong.

There's a reason why it's unreleased... there's also a reason why the OFT team didn't post it themselves. There's also a reason why I'm not surprised in how you handled this situation - oh wait, you're probably 18 years old*. Learn some patience for God's sake.

You did nothing wrong? You abused the good will of a tuner who had absolutely no obligation to help. The same vendor who gave you an unreleased beta tune for a product he's still working on. The same vendor who asked you to not release it and yet you did so anyway...

Yeah, while what you did may not be considered "wrong" by those with no class, you ethically showed your stripes. Releasing an unfinished tune to the general masses while a vendor is still working on it which potentially causes a nightmare of support issues for him. Good luck getting any future help from him. You might be to young to understand the ramifications of what you've done but let me break it down for you. It's never a good idea to bite the hand that feeds you, aka don't burn bridges. Maybe when you get some years under your belt you'll understand what you've done is completely wrong.

I personally don't have huge issue with it as Shiv hasn't claimed a copyright to the tune and Shiv has no responsibility for what transpires from this now being available since he isn't the one that released it. If anything, @cjsporl1996 would have responsibility (which isn't likely at all).

Edit: This isn't something I would personally do myself unless I had specific permission and it was a modified version that I made available for critiquing purposes.
