Next time the car is on the rack I'll get a photo for you.

The exhaust headers will look the same. The only difference is that the stock overpipe is removed and our up pipe & downpipe are bolted in instead.

Correct - our radiator core gets plenty of airflow at speed without the assistance of a fan. The purpose of the fan is to keep intake air temperatures down in applications that see periods of hot idling followed immediately by heavy throttle application, such as dragstrip launching or drift events - scenarios where vehicles see boost and elevated engine speeds before a fanless radiator has sufficient airflow (and time) to provide effective cooling. We realize that not all vehicles will see this scenario, which is why the fan is an optional add-on in the kit.

But how does the fan hold up to rocks?

Our kit uses 3/4" ID water hoses and a Bosch pump that flows 317 GPH.

Hi Fletch,

Good talking with you the other day. As you know, from the onset we did not plan to develop versions of our kits for automatic transmission models; one reason being the oil drain location our kits use on the block is utilized in automatic transmission models (it is simply blocked off in manual transmission cars). There would, of course, have to be a high enough demand to warrant the development of automatic transmission versions. Cheers.

We have not done any FOD testing on this fan, but it should have comparable durability to other typical front-mounted fans. The radiator fan is an optional add-on for Stage 2 for anyone who would like to purchase the kit without it.

Neat shot from our STAR ROAD feature showing Stage 2 in development form. Coolant fill will look different along with other parts.
