Those are OEM Ballasts.
You would probably be better off trying to source a whole used headlight than trying to get just the ballast. They go for ~300 for a pair these days for headlights |

i can actually find the used ballast for around $30ea but i want new.. not trying to face this issue again in a few months. i just need a compatible model that would fit and be same voltages. we're also in a deep freeze rn on the upper east coast so i'm sure that stresses it harder on cold startup. i think that's what caused it to recently start acting up.

it would require modification, as the oem ballast doesn't use the same input wire type:

Late reply, but check with TRS if they have some. Ask them about photos/connections. Hope you solved your issue.

This is your opportunity to upgrade your hid bulbs & ballast to other good manufacturers like Diode Dynamics, GTR Lighting, etc. that have made great advances in lighting tech. I'd stay away from Amazon unless you're getting reputable big brands (Philips, Bosch, Osram, etc.).
