Subaru BRZ Rocket Bunny

Converted to GTS 86 though so the fascia is modified! I don't really dig the exposed rivets but still...looks quite good.

The thing is by the looks of it, the rocket bunny kit needs a different lower front lip and the fender slightly modified to accomodate the BRZ front. I am not sure how it will look though.

I would love to see Abflug coming up with something. Things I would like to see on the 86:

This:

and a wide body made by torsten (germany) they did MR2

What is? the torsten bodykit? Well I see few good things with it:
1. no rivets (it goes well on some cars but i dont think they go well with this car)
2. the actual fender extension goes all the way down instead of stopping in the middle as if it is unfinished

And it does not look much different in size than the rocket bunny (from behind)!

maybe Abflug will come with something nice...who knows...?

I wonder how many people would've bought this car if it came with rivets like that from the factory?!!! It look unfinished and it really suits an older (70 and 80's and maybe 90's) japanese car not a 2012 car. But hey that is just me! Each with their own though!

If you watch the videos about the designer of that kit. He tries to combine retro designs on modern cars. Hence the exposed fasteners etc.

I would love to be able to drive that car around without being hassled. Impossible in Australia.

Both of these ideas are disgusting.

Dont get me wrong Nardi, they look ok on a race/track car but on a modern car it would look a bit too MadMax or too 80's to me. too cold blooded machine for a car that has only 200hp. But hey, that is just me. i like the simple clean look rather than busy with thousands of air vents and such.
Looking at the pics from Sema it was llike looking at Fast and Furious 1. Nothing really to write home about...maybe just some bits and pieces I liked. (Although the Mean green Rocket bunny body kitted looked fantastic and clean.) The moment you match the colour of the riveted part with the actual body kit it does not look so bad...but when they are different they look like an after thought.
