So the 2017 header is different between the A/T and manual cars?

Correct.

The 2017-2020 manual header has slightly larger diameter primary and secondary runners.

The exit pipe diameter after the catalytic converter are all the same on 2013-2020 A/T and manual models.

The diameter change is 5% and 8% respectively. In fact, if you do the math, the actual area increase is more. In the range of 11% and 16.5% .
