Hey Guys, just want to introduce myself. I picked up my white out 6mt FRS just a week ago. I am located in richmond and already seen a couple FRS/brz around. Hope to see you guys at future meets

That's what I keep telling myself lol. Have an order down for 2014 WRB Sport-Tech, but since no info on 2014s yet, they can't even give me an ETA. I told them to call me if anybody cancels their order for 2013 tho

Hey guys. Planning to blackout a LITTLE bit of my headlights. Anyone know if it's illegal here and will you get in trouble with the cops? Thanks!

From what I remember, as long as you are not restricting the headlight output and the reflectors in the headlight, it's technically ok.

Do you plan on taking the headlight apart, and blacking out certain parts? Or just blacking it out on the outside?

Ohhh got it. Thanks but do u have any sources to prove that? I'm planning do open it up and do it.

You would have to go through the MVA for that

Under Motor Vehicle Act Regulations BC Division 4 - 4.04 Section 2 (c) states:

(2) Lamps and reflectors required by this Division
(c) must not be shielded, covered or obscured by any part of the vehicle or load or by dirt or other material.
[en. B.C. Reg. 476/98, s. 2.]

The rest of Section 2 states:
(2) Lamps and reflectors required by this Division
(a) must be securely mounted on the vehicle,
(b) must not have any cracked, broken, missing or incorrectly installed lenses, and a lamp must not have bent or broken rims that allow water to enter the lamp

And there you have it.
