Hello all,
I'm Bryan. I ordered a CBS BRZ with manual trans and am patiently awaiting its arrival. In the mean time I'm loving seeing all the work being done by members to improve the car's handling and power output. Keep up the good work guys. Right now I'm near Jacksonville, NC. If anyone else is from the area feel free to shoot me a PM.

Hello everyone, I'm about to sell my 98 240sx and after looking at all the possible options out there, I am leaning towards either a FR-S or a BRZ as my next car. Probably wont get it for a while but I figured I would be active and start joining some forums.

Good morning!

Not a BRZ owner, just a fan. My ride's a '99 Outback, dirty, full of dog hair and smells like bait.

Have access to inventory and availability if anyone needs help.

Put my deposit down on Friday, so hoping to pick my WRB up this week! Been a Subie guy for years (owned an '03 Legacy GT, '05 Saabaru) and most recently owned a Miata. Kind of a blending of all worlds.

Can't wait!

I think I'm also one of the oldest (join date wise) members here. I've been following this car since it was first even talked about. Glad to finally be back 100% :happy0180:

Hi There!

Håkan from cold Sweden. 25 years young and works as an technical engineer

The BRZ and the GT86 isn´t released here in Sweden yet. The sales starts in a couple of weeks. So i haven't been able to test drive it.
Been waiting for these cars in a couple of years now, so im very excited.

The bad thing is the pricetag. The starting price is 42k USD in Sweden .
So which one i choose depends on the discounts im able to get from Toyota or Subaru dealers.

Hej Håkan!
I'm Martin, also from Sweden but currently living in Georgia, USA. One of the reasons I enjoy living here is the much lower pricing on cars and also most other things!
I got my World Rally Blue BRZ Limited, 6MT four weeks ago today.
I am really excited and glad that Subaru/Toyota decided to make a car that ticks so many of the boxes for me. Lightweight, well equipped stock with Bluetooth phone connection, navigation, etc., killer looks, nice enough engine, and low price (except for Europe, that is).
Four weeks in and I already have 1700 miles on it, or 273 Swedish miles if you prefer. I'm liking it more and more for each day that goes by.

From what I've heard, the Toyota in Europe is equipped like the Subaru in the US, with the nicer interior and stereo, etc. So if I lived in Sweden still, I would probably choose the Toyota version. But here in the US, the Toyota (Scion) version is the "lesser" of the two. I don't mean lesser in a bad way, just not as nice interior, very subjectively judged.

New member to this forum... there are so many different brz forums, but this definitely seems to be the best.. I've been on NASIOC for a long time, same username.. have a 2002 WRX Sedan WR Blue with over 250k+ miles and that will be my winter car. Picked up a 2013 BRZ Limited WR Blue - 6 speed last Thursday! So far love it!

I picked up a DGM BRZ 6MT with limited trim this past weekend! I'm having the windows tinted this Sat. And I ordered the sharkfin antenna from Beat-Sonic.

Hello!

I'm actually a first time car buyer. Just landed a great job right out of college and looking to reward myself with a BRZ! I've been doing a lot of research on the car and pretty much became a gearhead just for this car. It's been kind of difficult trying to first of all, even find the car available for purchase and at a price that's not ridiculously marked up over msrp. But hey part of the fun of shopping is finding the right one!

Looking forward to contributing to the forum!
