I recently bought my first home. I was stressed about closing costs etc, especially with where rates are. I found out about this service, Virginia home buyer agent rebate, and it helped me a ton.

Usually the selling agent on a home is charging the owner 5-6% of the list price as commission, and then splits this with the buyer's real estate agent. This service and I am sure ones like it all over the country will rebate a large portion of that commission back to you as the buyer, usually at the closing table.

I was pumped and thought I would share, since I had no idea this existed before starting the process.
