No.

If his dealer is getting 35 for the first 7 month cycle then they are getting 35. That number will only change if SoA gets more allocation or via dealer trades.

Those 7 are his first shipment btw. In other words, the *MAY* allocation.

Chauntalei, you should check out Serramonte Subaru ASAP. It's a new subie dealership that just opened up in the Serramonte auto mall, taking over the Volkswagen lot that used to be there. I called them earlier today and the salesmen said they had "7 cars in the pipeline" and NONE of them were accounted for yet. He knew exactly what each of the 7 cars were (color, trim, tranny) so that leads me to believe some of them -may- be getting onto the lot in the next month or so. They also have a silver premium in the showroom.

If I weren't bumped up to #2 slot at Livermore Subaru, I probably would've pulled the trigger and seriously inquired about buying from Serramonte. Hope this helps!

Just got off the phone with them. He told me they had 7 people on waitlist, with room for a couple more AND they're asking 6k over MSRP. So yeah, I'll pass. Thanks for the heads up though!

Wow.. I think 6k takes the award for the craziest markup so far!

Don't worry, just call them back in a month or two and they'll be at or under MSRP to move the BRZs getting dusty on their lot.

Holy CRAP! That's insane. Apologies, as now I feel like I wasted your time, lol. $6k is a joke. And here I was looking forward to them being my dealer of choice for servicing... not anymore.

Booyah. Thanks to a tip from another thread, I'm set up with a Black Limited 6MT from Subaru of Puyallup! I'm basically #3 on their list now. Thank you for the heads up virtual_bob!
