then everybody will just be waiting and waiting with no definite answer or list of attendees

funds are fully refundable if we don't hit out quota by the given date

by the way, +1 +2 +3 can be payed on the later date.

what we are aiming now is the 50 cars for the meet to push through

the park need a minimum of 50 reserved paid parking spaces.

i just meant that everyone can actually post and say that they are in or not then we can all throw in our monies once it's verified. i see your point too though.

You can also send a check or use a frienda acccount

86_zn6 and I went down today and took some pics of the area where were all gonna meet up and BBQ I hope everyone can make it.

There should be enough parking if there are more cars than expected there's overflow parking

The picnic area is massive there's volleyball, horseshoes, and if anyone wants to bring some baseball bats and their gloves we can get softball game together. So come one everyone this should be a good time.
