Is there a Subaru version of Majestic Honda?

Majestic Honda's website allows you to browse their entire parts catalog via their web page and order any part from Honda that they can order. I used them exclusively to buy any OEM part I needed for builds, repairs, worn out parts etc. Bonus they were always the cheapest as well.

Example:
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...SOR+%281.8L%29

Is there a Subaru dealership that does the same thing?

No kidding! I had a sponsorship relationship with a privately owned Honda dealer and I ran their name for discounted parts but often times even when they would sell me a part at their cost, it would still be more than Majestic Honda on many occasion. I even talked with the GM and he couldn't figure out how MH did it.

Has to be some kind of a cash flow financial instrument. They have X amount of dollars at any given time which gets turned into some kind of cash flowing security? The more money they handle, the more the security makes. In this way, you can sell for less than cost and still make money.

That's just my guess.

I think they just do SO much business their made a decision to sell parts next to cost and let the volume of their sales make money. Towards the end of my Honda years I didn't even get quotes from local shops. Emergencies were the only reason I would ever pay their prices for a part.

Honda is still better off selling to MH at 0 profit if they still have manufacturing capacity left.
