The Jon Bond oil isn't clear, it's a dark grey, so that's a bonus.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a 210/335.. The 210 is a reliable kit on stock internals, but I feel like the 335 is a bit much and could mess stuff up, with stock motor. The reasons I'd run a 335 is that you're working less to achieve the same results as a 335 (aka turned down) and there for it'll produce less heat in the process... Because I've heard that's the one issue with the 210.

Any idea if the 210+ blower's coatings help with heat and oil consumption?

Figured I'd share my experience with the 335. The car had 69k miles on it before it seen the supercharger and 3k after. Supporting mods are a fill 2.5" exhaust, larger injectors, fuel pump and a tune from moto east and 5w-30. The rest is completly stock right down to the tires. The transmission is an automatic. I was concerned about the stcok motor holding up so I went with an 85mm pulley and e85.

Driving the car is a blast! The throttle response is instant even at speeds below 2k rpm, its like having a v8 in the car. There is enough power keep the tracion control working through second gear and tranny rarely needs to down shift at highway speeds. I have been averaging 23 -24 mpg with a mix of stop and go highway traffic, back roads and a heavy right foot.

The only issue I have had is that I live in Michigan and I really need to put the car up before the weather gets too much worse.

The tweaked rotor pack does help lower the blower temperature.

Oil consumption can be a number of contradicting issues---abuse, not enough use, low oil, too much oil. The point is to check it regularly and during or after racing events or long trips.

Glad to hear the 335 works so well on the auto. I was curious how they would hold up over the long term. I would not be shy about building one of those up. It should be easier on the engine and rear end.

Not sure on the oil consumption but we have seen an obvious increase in efficiency of the system. Usually we see about 10-15 more horsepower on the same size pulley. You do need to tweak the tune a bit for the 210+ kit but on E85 this package rips pretty good.

Do not change the MAP sensor, as we use the MAF sensor for scaling the fuel and ignition tables. The MAP sensor loaction on these kits is in a poor placement and causes unstable readings at high RPM's and loads. So keeping the smaller MAP sensor in removes this issues and keeps the power curves smooth.

While supplies last we offer 69mm pulleys. We have only a few left and once they are gone, we will not be getting anymore.

Flex Fuel Kits on these cars are great and work with the stock injectors up to our 69mm pulley. Delicious Tuning Flex Fuel Kit

Put all this together an you will be over 300whp on E85 and still on stock injectors and clutch. But this is about the limit for those parts.

You're looking at a very loud car that puts up numbers about 250-260whp. You don't need injectors at all unless you go with e85 or the 335 kit instead.

Lol. It's already loud on N/A. Kit comes with larger injectors, might as well put 'em on. ;D
