I went to Rice Killers for the first time in about a month. Not speaking of everyone there of course, but it's starting to draw a strange/unfriendly crowd. Not sure I'll be going back anytime soon.

Sad to hear, wish that there was something this side of the river or not too far north.

Chili cook off, airport fly in and classic car drive in at Mora airport today 10-2. I'm leaving the Matchbox coffe shop at 9:30, or meet in Mora, or just be another loser for another day.

Autocross is so fun! Everyone should do it, shitty stock tires or not! Also, this car is waaay more fun with traction control off. i had it in sport mode for the morning and the first run of the afternoon. After that, I turned it off. The first run nanny-free, I nearly lost control, but I was having way more fun, since the car rotated so much easier. Run 6 was fantastic, and about a second faster than my previous best. Photos/video to follow.

I'm glad you found that shutting of the traction control is a good idea. Some of the nannies still exist, however, unless you perform the Pedal Dance:

I use this whenever I am on the track and have a warmed-up car.

Nice run. Working on one from my point of view. Will update when it's uploaded.

This run was just before I saw you and she was taking off in the FR-S.

Yeah, pedal dance. Play some music or whatever you need, you have 30 seconds to get 'er done.

Or remove the 40a fuse for the abs pump, no nannies at all.
