Honda Civic R concept and Prototype
While I'm a RWD fan
I have always had respect for the Civic NOW IF ONLY THEY'D OFFER IT IN THE US! http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1...eva-motor-show Quote:

If they mated that turbo 4 cyl to their SH-AWD they might be able to steal away some of those WRX/STi owners who are still angry about the loss of the hatch.

I like the looks of it as well. Never understand why they won't bring it here. USDM emissions, crash testing, blah blah blah. These cars would sell well in the US and they could over come crash testing and emissions restrictions.

And you won't even have to be bothered with disregarding any decision to do so. Why? Because Honda hates North America.

I have never understood why people put quad-tip exhausts on 4 cylinder engines. It's unnecessary and silly. Dual tip, maybe, but quad? Really?
(That having been said, I agree with the above statement that they should add the SH-AWD system to this car. That would be a great WRX/STi competitor) |
