I got mine from VIC, drove back yesterday. NSW dealerships had too long a waiting list - and it was by chance that the pre-order deal fell through, so my car was made in May, ordered mid June and I picked it up early July.

I wasn't looking for a coupe - and it was just by chance that I saw the 86 at the dealership the day it got delivered... I didn't even know anything about the car but fell in love at first sight and HAD to get it.

i want one for sydney siders on the weekend of 28/29 july. a short cruise to palm beach via mccarrs creek/ west head. cant do that drive at dusk thou... too many wallabies. probably a 3:30 activity. and just stop somewhere in newport/ monavale for some grub. male sure dangerfield has u on his already have an 86 thread . ill organise something in a few days. at the moment i just want to get this thing on the road!

ofcourse u can! dont need to own an 86 to join - it will just be nice to meet everyone in the flesh irrespect of whether their car has been delivered.
