I had the OEM all-weather mats from day 1. They look really cool with the FR-S logo BUT they only lasted a couple of years (keep in mind since Aug 2013 I only have 38k miles -not like I drive on a daily basis for these things to wear out). They developed cracks/holes then I went to Weathertech liners and still going strong like day one.
The Weathertechs provide additional coverage over OEM (less rocks and etc making their way under the edges), less visible wear, don't take forever to dry when you clean them (like the OEM rubber). The only negative is that you're stuck with the Weathertech logo nameplate and you can't replace it with an OEM badge. |
